No Need for Extra Décor – Our barn, chandeliers, twinkle lights, gardens, and rustic charm already set the scene. Most couples are amazed at how little they need to add. BUT, all of our decor items are included for free! Even our photo booth is included! (huge savings!) Our audio phone, centerpieces, arbors, table linens, florals, yard games…it’s ALL INCLUDED! AND - its all set up for you! Our in house Design services are included! This alone saves our couples THOUSANDS of dollars!
Tables, Tablecloths & Chairs Included – Rentals add up fast—but here, your essentials are already covered.
Choose Your Own Vendors – We don’t lock you into high-priced packages. Whether it’s your favorite caterer or food truck, you have flexibility to chose what fits your budget. We have a great list for you to start with but you are free to pick your own!
Ceremony & Reception in One Place – No need to book (or decorate!) two separate venues. And we set up and decorate for both!
BYOB-Friendly – Bring in your own alcohol and simply hire a certified, insured bartender—this is another HUGE savings for our couples!
No Hidden Fees – Our pricing is straightforward. No surprise set up or clean up fees. What you see is what you get.
Weekend Access – Having access for the whole weekend means couples don’t need to pay for extra rehearsal dinner venues or extra décor storage. Everything stays right here. You get the venue Friday at noon until 9. All day Saturday - get ready in our two beautiful suites, have your ceremony & reception. And then you have Sunday until noon to gather your things—You don’t need to add on extra hours or days - we already include it!
Free Parking – Your guests won’t need shuttles or valet.
